Armed Services (Commissioned)
RATES & FEE
The hourly rate for each Armed Security Officer is negotiable per contract and
to include all applicable taxes. For Security Patrol details, there will be no
mileage cost. The hourly overtime rate per Security Guard will be charged at the
TIME and ONE HALF the hourly rate over 40 hours in any work week.
Hours worked on HOLIDAYS will be charged at TWO times the hourly rate. HOLIDAYS
are currently: New Years Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day,
Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day,
Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. It will be the responsibility of the
Security Supervisor to keep overtime at a minimum.
